WEEKEND BRUNETTE X TULA SKINCARE

Ever since I got pregnant with Cam I've really stepped it up in the skincare department. I think its important to take care of your skin early on and this is something I've slacked on in the past. I know it's a huge no-no to fall asleep with your makeup and I've been totally guilty of this! Personally after a long day of work/mommying I just want to fall in to bed and forgot my skincare. I've seen so many people rave about Tula so I had to give them a try! Tula's products do not disappoint and are now part of my daily routine. I am obsessed with their day/night cream because it's not oily and is super lightweight.

Little Slip Dress

Happy Friday babes! Thank GOD it's the weekend. I have been totally MIA lately and it's been insane how much is going on. Cam is officially acting like a toddler keeping momma so busy and I'm still working full time #momlife ;)

Here in Florida it is still SO hot! I actually wish it would cool down because I love fall style. I've been dying to wear my OTK boots. Who else is looking forward to cooler weather?

Baby Boy is ONE!

Every single parent I've ever talked to told me that it would go fast and to "enjoy it!" An expression I think everyone uses these days and funny enough I even find myself using it now. It really does FLY by. Snap your fingers and it is gone. I cannot believe my baby is already a year old and at the same time has only been our lives for a year. It seems like he was always here and meant just for us. When you have a baby you feel like you have known them your whole life. I feel so lucky that I am his mommy. Happy Birthday baby boy, you are my everything.

Summer Style

Hi loves! Is it friday yet? Ha ha I wish! We have been moving slow around our house and Camden is getting his second front tooth so he has not been a happy camper, ah! I like to keep my looks simple and stylish especially when I'm running around with Cam. I've been really drawn to buying bell sleeves lately and it's pretty much taking over my closet. This dress is a total steal and under $30!

Deals & Steals

Hi loves! Hope your all having a great weekend and shopping the AMAZING NSALE. I've gotten a few items that I can't wait to arrive like this jacket ($65 dollars, what?!) and these booties. Speaking of deals, I've made it my mission to keep my closet stylish while still keeping it affordable. Truthfully, we are in saving mode at our house so I have to ball on a budget ;) I've rounded up a few things I've purchased lately that are the wallet friendly version of expensive pieces I've seen. I love finding items that look similar to the big ticket ones but don't cost top dollar. Some dupes I've gotten lately are these Karen Walker lookalikes, these Isabel Marant dupes and this double buckle belt. SO cute! What have you all gotten lately?

Last Weekend via Camera Roll

Happy Saturday! Last weekend we had a short staycation at Grand Cypress for my hubby's golf tournament. My mom and dad came along so the girls and little Cam relaxed by the pool and ordered room service - it's nice to be pampered every once in a while as I'm sure all you ladies know ;) 

These lovelies have been sold out and they are finally back in stock here and here! I am obsessed and they are amazing quality. Sizes are selling fast so I'd hurry! (I'm always between a 7 and 6.5 and I went with the 6.5 and they fit great)

I've been on quite the hat binge lately. The one above is super cute and under $100 here! I also splurged and bought this one too which is available to pre-order.

This little guy and I have been actually using this jogger for once (seriously, I've had this thing for 9 months and I've just now used it as a "jogger") 

 He definitely loves our little runs. He saw a bird for the first time and got so excited.

This is my absolute fave go to on busy nights or fast lunches. I make a giant batch (recipe here) and save it for the week and then top it on spinach. It is even good on brown rice or on its own! 

This room service salad was SO good. I try to keep all my meals healthy and have a few cheats when I'm on vaca.

His shirt is just the cutest and it says "I wish I was a little bit taller" although this mama wishes he'd stop growing so fast! He's definitely outgrowing it so I've just ordered this and this!

Summer Swim Musts

It's safe to say I am obsessed with swimwear. I have two entire drawers just dedicated to just bikinis alone. it's a serious problem. Since we live in Florida they do get a lot of use which is always my excuse to my hubby when a new package arrives ;) I've gotten a ton of questions about the bikini pictured above and it was sold out but it's back for pre-orders here! I've also got my eye on this version similar to it in a one piece. We will be taking quite a few trips this summer so I definitely want a few options. I've rounded up my favorite picks below.

I just got this cute high waisted one and it is SO flattering. This one is also really pretty with the palm print and in my cart right now.

This pom-pom cover up is adorable and I always love to have one at the pool or if we grab a  bite to eat after being on the boat.

I've been wanting this one and really like the off the shoulder look and this one looks exactly like it at a fraction of the cost.

Cut-outs are really lovely and this is sexy and sweet!

This one is such a steal and looks a lot like triangl swimwear.

I also love to have a beach blanket or large towel for Cam to play on and I loveeee this one.

Can't forget about the little ones! These are precious and I've gotten Cam a few new swim trunks for summer.

Spring Faves

Happy hump day ladies! It has been a hot minute. Time and life have really gotten away from me. I'm trying to soak up every bit of Cam right now while he's little. I really just do this for fun and to keep in touch with you all so I hope to be back at it on the regular. This week look forward to a reel of my fave healthy recipes and go to clean dinners/lunches.
